Ticaga 2.2.0 has been released

Ticaga 2.2.0 Release Announcement We’re excited to announce the release of Ticaga version 2.2.0, featuring over 100,000 lines of new code and significant improvements across the platform.

What’s New in 2.2.0?

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed a few permissions errors since creating the superadmin role for the first user and Senior Management.
  • Improve the UI for the Author Biography section on Announcements.

Improvements:
  • Added Customer Ratings to Tickets.
  • Create Department moved to a Modal (We may revert it back in 2.3.0).
  • Improved the UI for ticket creation.

Looking Ahead to 2.3.0

Development is already underway for our next release, we’ve got THREE new Extensions; Knowledge base, GDPR Compliance and the SLA Tracker coming, keep updated by joining our discord server today.

A new Paid LiveChat Extension will also be available shortly, this will tie into the SLA Tracker’s Business hours and Holidays and offline messages get sent to the assigned ticket department. More information soon about that.

Ticaga 2.1.0 has been released

We can finally announce that Ticaga 2.1.0 has been released.

This version includes the following:

New Features:
  • Two Factor Authentication - Better security.
  • API Version 2 - New API for Ticaga 2.0.0, the Blesta and WHMCS plugins connect to this.
  • Notifications - Edit a department, etc and a notification pops up to confirm it has been changed.
Improvements:
  • Customer Phone Numbers - Customer's can now add their phone number to their profile. Great for telephone support.
  • Dark mode - In dark mode the links are now white.
  • Disable Priorities - You can now disable priorities per department. This is perfect for Sales or Abuse.
  • Simpler Ticket Design - We've added a simpler design instead of the chats for tickets. This has been set as the default now. You can change this in the .env.
  • Assigning Roles - You can now change the customers roles, this is great for letting your employees get the correct permissions they require without using SSH or modifying the database.
  • Set Ticket responses order in .env - This allows you to set which way you want responses to be shown, newest first or last.
  • Remove Billing ID from the clients views as it's not needed. Client Profile has a link to their billing system profiles.
  • Only allow un-compromised Passwords to be used, this prevents compromised passwords to boost security.
  • Changed Minimum Password limit to the recommended 15 characters requirements by NIST.
