Blesta Plugin - Sync Manually

It would be nice for a page where you can sell all the users in Blesta, and see if their email matches an account in Ticaga via the API. If they match, create the sync row in Blesta. If they don't have an account, create it on Ticaga and sync it up on Blesta.
